Splash was tasked to raise the employer branding of the maritime industry as part of the 50th year of containerisation in Singapore. Instead of only showing containers, we captured the spirit of innovation, creativity and bold enterprise that drove the sector to first explore containerisation 50 years ago; positioning maritime as a rewarding career where one can ‘Move the World’. Our social/digital led campaign was created to resonate with the priorities and needs of young job seekers, and shifted the needle on how people perceive the industry.
